Application Tips & Tricks​

 

We launched a new registration system in 2025, and we are learning a ton about where it's working great *and* where there are hiccups, so I'm hoping to share some of those tricky spots with you all in hopes that I can make these smoother in the future. Please share this information widely with any friends of yours who might also be applying to camp!

Applying for Camp (Part 1)

1. Add the Application to the Cart
   This part is a little wonky, but when you get to the landing page, click "add to cart" and then you also have to "continue" to the cart.
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
    

2. CLICK THE "PAY NOW" BUTTON! (even though no payment is due)
   We have heard from a couple of folks that they thought they submitted an application that I had not received. There is ONE FINAL BUTTON to click on the very last page that I think is getting missed. 
   
   Note: If you think you have submitted a camp application and have not received any confirmations or information, please try again and make sure to do this final step. We am very sorry if this has happened to you! We know the application is long and takes some real time and effort, and appreciate all of you for taking the time to give us all the information we need to make sure your kids have a safe and well-cared for time at camp.

Registering for Camp Once you've been Accepted (Part 2)

1. Paying a Deposit
   Unfortunately, the default payment is to pay for your camp session in full. You are, of course, welcome to do that! But if you'd like to just pay the 20% deposit, please select "enroll in a payment plan" and "deposit plus one payment" is one of the options there. (There are also other options to enroll in longer-term payment plans there.)
