Welcome to the Ekone blog - there is a Lot happening at the Ranch and here's where you can learn all about it!
This spring has been a deep dive into real estate, as two priority parcels adjoining SEF land went on the market and with help from our Conservation Fund donors, we were able to secure them in SEF stewardship. We so much appreciate the energy and financial support that made it possible for us to welcome the Aspen Grove and Fir Forest properties to Ekone. With the addition of the Rainbow Springs property last year, we have met our priority goals for land acquisition and conservation, and SEF now stewards 1133 acres in the upper Rock Creek watershed.
Conservation Fund donors who gave $1000 or more are recognized with their names on the stones lining the SEF Donor Trail, at the White Eagle entrance arch by Rock Creek Canyon.
For more information about how to support SEF's land conservation work, by donation or including us in your will and estate planning, please visit our Legacy Giving page and our Conservation Fund page.
